A staff will be assigned as your Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all your Acumatica user requirements.
The Helpdesk will assign Level 1 and 2 cases to be addressed by any of our available support staff.
SLA includes 4-hour response time and 48 hour (min) resolution time for Level 1 and 2 cases.
Helpdesk will also help you escalate technical issues to Acumatica support and monitor results.
