ERP Associate Consultant

We are looking for young, smart, and highly motivated individuals who will be trained rigorously to implement and support a leading American software and develop solutions for clients as Junior Functional Consultants. Our Functional Consultants work with clients to help them achieve their business improvement goals through the successful implementation or transition to a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.


The desired candidates possess the following qualifications:

  • Must hold bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy, Business Management, or Information Technology

  • At least 1 year of experience in an accounting firm, information technology company or related field of work

  • New graduates with excellent academic credentials are welcome to join as Trainee Consultants

  • CPA attainment may be an advantage but not required

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both physical and virtual settings

  • Fast learners

  • Can work productively and effectively at home, at the office or in client locations

  • An excellent work ethic

Key Responsibilities:


  • Complete an extensive ERP Software training and certification program
    Undergo a consulting development program

  • Assist or participate in the successful planning, implementation, and post-implementation of cloud ERP projects

  • Master the process, techniques, and requirements for successfully implementing an ERP Solution by completing required training and achieving certifications to multiple ERP modules and editions

  • Work effectively with internal and external project team members to ensure customer success

  • Assess, understand, and document business requirements of clients

  • Ensure ERP projects comply with software and project standards as well as implementation service agreements

  • Deliver successful ERP Projects

Successful candidates will receive a competitive compensation package that includes salary + rice and internet allowances, HMO coverage* and project success incentives*. Those who demonstrate excellent potential will be considered for full consultant status after 6 months or upon regularization. Sr. Account Executive

The Account Executive provides valuable guidance and solutions to clients in their digital transformation initiatives. The world is quickly transitioning into the digital age and companies need business tools such as a powerful Cloud ERP to help them modernize their operations. We are looking for success-oriented individuals who will identify, nurture and close opportunities that deliver win-win solutions for clients.

The desired candidate possesses the following qualifications;


  • At least 5 years of successfully selling Enterprise Software to Manufacturing, Distribution and/ or Construction industries

  • Degree in Computer, business or communications degree

    Strong understanding of the benefits of cloud technologies and digital solutions

  • Mastery of sales, pre-sales and customer decision-making processes

  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively

  • Highly competitive, creative and focused on delivering a winning strategy for closing deals

  • Ability to deliver effective presentations in virtual environments as well as face-to-face meetings

  • Work ethic that produces a high degree of professionalism, integrity, honesty, quality and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilties:

  • Development and execution of sales and lead development strategy

  • Determination of client needs and stakeholder interests

  • Coordination, documentation and orchestration with other team members to ensure the development of the best solution

  • Leading or participating in lead and network development activities

  • Account development and client relationship management

  • Reporting results to superiors

  • Achieve certifications to required skills and competencies
