The desired candidates possess the following qualifications:

At least 3 years of experiences as a Functional Consultant for a major ERP such as SAP, Microsoft, Netsuite, Acumatica and others

Excellent understanding of basic operations in Manufacturing, Construction and/or Distribution Industries

Experience in or exposure to Construction or Manufacturing in the areas of project management, project accounting, etc. (for construction) and production planning, production or operations management (for manufacturing) either as an ERP consultant or user will be highly considered

CPAs and experienced accountants are welcome to apply. An MBA can be an advantage.

Software Developer/ Technical Consultant
Job description
Acumatica ERP Implementation, Customization & Support
-
Lead or contribute to end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations across modules including Finance, Distribution, CRM, Manufacturing, Construction, and others depending on client profile
-
Develop customizations using the Acumatica SDK and framework: custom screens, DACs, business events, generic inquiries, report designer modifications, and workflow automation
-
Perform configuration of Acumatica tenants including company setup, chart of accounts, numbering sequences, user roles, and module-specific settings
-
Conduct gap analysis between standard Acumatica functionality and client business requirements, proposing fit-for-purpose technical solutions
-
Execute data migration activities including data mapping, import scenario development, and validation testing
-
Support UAT, training delivery, and go-live cutover activities
-
Provide client support on technical issues and escalations
Systems Integration: ISV, Third-Party & Cloudian-Built Solutions

Design and develop integrations between Acumatica and third-party platforms including e-commerce (Shopify, etc.), payroll systems, warehouse management system, and other SaaS tools

Implement and configure Acumatica ISV add-on solutions within the Acumatica ecosystem (e.g., Velixo, or others in the Acumatica Marketplace)

Build and maintain Cloudian's own proprietary solutions i.e. custom modules, connectors, and tools developed in-house to extend Acumatica or serve client-specific needs

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Acumatica's Push/Pull notification framework, webhooks, and middleware or iPaaS platforms as needed

Maintain integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specs for all solutions delivered

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in production environments, ensuring continuity of client operations
Technical Quality & Internal Standards

Follow and contribute to Cloudian's internal development standards, version control practices, and deployment procedures

Participate in internal code reviews and technical discussions

Maintain accurate time tracking and project documentation in line with project management requirements

Stay current with Acumatica platform releases, new ISV offerings, and relevant third-party technologies
Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, software development, or systems integration

Direct experience with Acumatica ERP i.e. configuration, customization, or implementation, is strongly preferred; candidates with equivalent experience on comparable platforms (NetSuite, Dynamics 365 BC, SAP B1) will be considered

Proficiency in C# / .NET, Acumatica's primary development language

Solid experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs

Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts

Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools within ERP contexts
